Ingredients:
1.5 cups of leftover brown rice
1 cup of cashew milk (or dairy)
1 ripe banana
1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
Blend the banana with milk and pour into the saucepan with the rice.
Then add the cinnamon.
Stir it all on medium heat until it’s creamy and thick.
Top it with fruit, nuts, nut butter, or perhaps my homemade natural granola.
