Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of milk (I used plant based)
1.5 tsp of linseeds (good for digestion)
1 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp of Sweet Freedom sauce (date syrup or honey)
Method:
Stir it all well. Ensure it is not too watery and if it is then add a bit more oats. Leave it in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, top it off with whatever fruit you find at home. I slightly glazed on a bit of coconut oil chopped pear and grapes with more cinnamon. You can also use granola, nuts, seeds, or peanut butter as a topping.
