Banana & Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Nutrition Tip:
Avocado is part of macronutrients and specifically monounsaturated fats (mono - comes from the word one). Fats are an important element of our diet, they provide us with a source of energy, for low intensity, long-duration activity including walking, resting, and even sleeping. Approx. 25% of our diet should come from fats. Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated are the fats you definitely want to include in your diet and these are things such as: fatty fish, olive oil, olives, rapeseed oil, avocado, flax oil, nuts, and seeds.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
