Carrot & Banana Overnight Oats

I just love oats and this overnight oats recipe is just incredible. There are two different flavours which come from the banana and carrot and you may think that it’s a strange combination but actually it works really well. Also, did you know that carrot is a great nutrient for our skin health.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Cooking Time: Overnight


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1 cup of nut milk (I used coconut)

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • 1/2 grated carrot

  • 1 tbsp of linseed mix

  • a handful of almonds

  • fruit (I used fresh peach)

Method:

  1. Put the oats into a tupperware

  2. Then blend banana and milk together

  3. Once it’s blended pour it into the oats

  4. Add cinnamon, carrot and almonds

  5. Stir it all to ensure that everything is covered in the banana and milk mix

  6. Lastly, add fresh fruit and stir it one more time

  7. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy first thing in the morning
