Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter & Jam Pots

When it comes to peanut butter if you are using it in your kitchens, ensure that you look at the label. Ideally, you should be looking for Natural, No Palm Oil products. Look for products that contain NO additives other than a little salt. Peanut butter it's a good source of protein and fats, but as they say everything in moderation. Also, it's a good source of Vitamin E, Niacin (B3), Manganese, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium. Adding natural peanut butter to your morning porridge, smoothie, or desserts. As a peanut butter lover, I have tried many brands, and here are my favorites, Pip & Nut, Meridian but there are many more natural ones out there.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: Leave in a fridge for an hour
Ingredients:
1 cup of blended oats
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1 tsp of baking powder
150ml milk of your choice
1 ripe banana
4 tbsp of sweetener of your choice (I use date syrup/nectar)
pinch of salt
jam of your choice
peanut butter or any nut butter (no palm oil)
Method:
Blend your oats if not blended already in your blender. Add the oats into the bowl then add cacao powder. Add baking powder, salt and mix the dry ingredients.
Then blend 1/2 banana with the milk of your choice. When you are ready to add the milk into your dry mix. if you need a bit more milk don't be afraid to add more. Just ensure that the mix isn't dry or too wet.
When you are ready to the bottom of your ramekin, add 1 tbsp of jam of your choice and 1 tbsp of peanut butter (if using) then add 3 pieces of 1/2 banana and pour the chocolate mix in. Then once it's all in a ramekin, add the rest of the banana on the top.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes in the oven at 200°. Eat when it's warm and perhaps drizzle SweetFreedom chocolate sauce on the top or maybe a bit of ice-cream.
