Frozen Berries, Avocado & Banana Smoothie Bowl

This is a quick vegan smoothie bowl made from just few ingredients. If you fancy something different instead of porridge then this is the bowl for you. A great source of fats, vitamins and minerals in one bowl. Avocado is a good source of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp frozen berries
1.5 tbsp peanut butter (no palm oil)
1.5 tbsp linseed
1 small piece ginger
1.5 cup coconut milk
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in the blender for at least 3 minutes.
Then serve with whatever you will find at home. I have used cashew nuts, coconut flakes, homemade granola and natural chocolate sauce from SweetFreedom.
