Ewelina is a Registered Nutritional Therapist whose mission is to help women have regular pain-free periods, healthy digestion, and be full of energy. She believes that whilst painful periods are common – they are not normal!

Through her work with one-to-one clients and by sharing her knowledge with her online community, she empowers women with a better understanding of their bodies, what’s normal and what they shouldn’t be putting up with.

Ewelina addresses women’s health by getting to the root cause of their problems, comprehensively and holistically addressing underlying issues as opposed to superficially treating symptoms. This means looking at female bodies as a whole, considering their digestive, hormonal, and skin health, but also lifestyle and mindset. She is also passionate about educating women on how to harness the power of their menstrual cycle to be their most productive, fulfilled, and happiest selves each month.

In this episode we cover:

  • How is Gut Health linked to our Menstrual Health?

  • How certain food types can affect our Menstrual Health?

  • How to deal with mood swings?

  • How sugar impacts our Menstrual Cycle?

  • What should we look out for when it comes to Menstrual Health?
