What is Sound and Quartz Crystal?

Perhaps you have heard of sound healing before or it may be very new to you. Sound healing is a powerful tool to bring your mind and body into balance through beautiful vibrations and frequencies.

Ever since becoming a Crystal Bowl Sound Healer, I have been observing the sound around me even more, especially when I am outside in nature. Sound is magical and meditative way of observing, reconnecting and reenergising yourself. Everything is constructed of hundreds of thousands of vibrating atoms of energy (electrons spinning around a nucleus). The spinning electrons create a pulse, and then a wave, which we then perceive as physical matter.

Our body is mainly 70% - 80% of water and every time our body observes the sound, you can only imagine what magical power may be happening to our body cells.

When it comes to sound, so much may be happening in your mind and body and one of the things which may be happening is an activation of serotonin and oxytocin hormones (happy hormones).

Being in love with crystals and and finding the connection with them. ‘Crystal Bowls’ are an energetic healing. The pure crystal bowls are full of healing magic - They store energy • transmit energy • amplify energy.

In addition the quartz crystal is amplifying the properties of all other crystals, connection to the Divine and higher consciousness, working through all conditions (master healer), protection, cleansing and purification, amplifying energy and thought, clarifying thoughts and beliefs, balancing body-mind-spirit, improving concentration. The pure quartz crystal is just a beautiful healing tool which we all can connect with one way or the other.

What is an Intention?

Intention is a conscious choice, message, prayer or clearly formed thought about what we want to happen. You can think of intention as a directing of energy in a conscious way. Intention is a powerful tool which we can work with day in, day out. It could be very simple and and something we can set for ourselves every morning before the full day begins. It could be simple as ***‘I will find time for myself in a day to day routines’***, or ‘***I am grateful for everything I am and I have, every day is a gift’.***
I don’t set myself resolutions or goals, I simply work with my intentions and keep coming back to them whenever I feel lost or need to feel reconnected.

My crystal bowls are made from the pure clear quartz crystal and clear quartz amplifies the power of any crystal it works with.
Clear Quartz crystal is an energetical healing channel, it can also cleanse other crystals, rebalance, reconnect and reenergise.

Where do I share magic of Crystal Bowl Sound Healing?

Crystal bowl sound healing is something I absolutely adore to share with others, as every time it’s a different experience.

I usually run a monthly Soulful Crystal Bowl Sound Healing at Westridge Studio in Highclere and more in Newbury and surrounding areas. Also, I ran a beautiful 2 hour session (every other month) of Yin & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing at Wasing Estate, Reading. All of the workshops are just magical and I absolutely cherish meeting you all.

I am also available to be booked for private events (birthday, hen do, wedding day, etc..). Also, in addition, I deliver beautiful sessions for corporate events.

Sound healing is magical and I feel privileged to be able to deliver it for you all and support you on your own healing journey.
